UHN: Employee Resilience

UHN is an award-winning network of hospitals (Toronto General, Toronto Western, Princess Margaret, Toronto Rehab) with over 15,000 employees. In 2011, UHN OASIS Wellness centre expressed interest in providing access to workplace mindfulness training program for employees. Over the span of five years 734 employees completed training. After a successful program assessment, researchers from the Richard Ivey School of Business led a research study on the effects of this training with a focus on resilience, error orientation and performance. .
